When in doubt, do your homework. I alway use a scam detector to verify questionable sites.

Just called the cc company. They can not dispute a transaction that has not made it past the pending stage. Having opened a claim with PayPal I expect they will squash this before it Even gets there.
PayPal is the best when it comes to that. I bought a TRX4 once off a scam sight and used PayPal. I got Thomas the Train stickers in the mail instead. PayPal had me fill out a fraud claim and issued a complete refund to me.
 
Another one I found just yest but you gotta watch for... Hobby.com vs hobbies.com

I think it was skylinehobbies.com is a scam and skylinehobby.com is solid. Or it was other way around... Don't recall.

Kyosho parts at 1/4 price is usually a huge red flag. ;)
