Venom Pro Charger

I have a new Venom Pro Charger and can't get it to chareg my Ni-MH
batteries. This is my second charger, they replaced my first one because of the same problem. I was wondering if any one else was having this problem?

I've had problems with other venom products before but I've never owned that item in particular. The one product i havent had any problems with is a 7.2V NiCD pack I bought years ago....still going stong....wish I could say the same for the lipo.

i have 2 venom pro chargers the green one and the new red one and i have not had any problems with either one
