Upgrade arrma senton blx3 to 6s

I want to upgrade my arrma senton blx3 to 6s! What would be a good motor/esc ? I was told castle creations mamba x. Any input would be much appreciated.

Mamba Monster X or Mamba Monster 2 ESC with the Castle 1515 2200kv motor.

my local rc shop had that combo earlier sidewinder 8th esc, 2200kv motor, on special around 200 plus cost to send or tax maybe. 220 ish

You'd be better off just building/buying a Senton 6s. There's a reason it came with an aluminum chassis, steel gears, center diff, 6s shocks, aluminum towers...the list goes on. 6s power is just too much for the 3s platform, especially if you plan on doing anything other than easing into the throttle on speed runs.

Yep, just the 3s slider drive shaft won't resist... Always ordering from Jenny.
On 3s batterie at outside track, my son mod Typhon 3s is always on K-O...

Yes, the 3s serie is good, but with limits.
Try to find a use 6s serie and rebuild it... What I did and still not regret.
