I just purchased a couple of Traxxas trail/crawlers. Trx-4 79 Bronco, and the Trx-4 sport high trail addition. Of course the high trail needs some weight down low, too top heavy.
Probably should have asked before purchasing the injora parts, but anyway, I got the axle and wheel weights, the wheel weights needed beadlock wheels with removable hubs to mount. I got injora wheels and tires for both trucks. Aluminum, and they do look nice. They seem to fit properly, but I've seen on other sites that injora is low quality and doesn't hold up. I figure the wheels should be fine, and the tires should last a while cause I don't get a lot of time using them. Anyone here have experience with this brand? I'm a complete newbie to the hobby and when it comes to more critical parts I'd like to know which brands are good quality for the cost. I already got burned on Cobra Racing differentials for my Stampede. The didn't fit correctly, though I didn't get them installed by brute force. Haven't ran it yet, so we'll see how they handle hard running on 3s.

I've been impressed with Injora products. I bought an Injora wheelset for my 1/18 crawler. The the beadlocks went together easily and the tires are the grippiest I've ever had. I have a roof rack now from them and it looks quality, very happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Injora at all.

The 1.9s have 24 screws in the outer ring, and 2 are installed. It was kind of a pain putting them all together, but no issues and they make the Bronco look good wit the crawler tires. I like them better than the stock glued chrome plastic ones.

I have heard some people complain about their axles, but I've never tried them. I really like their products a lot, and trust me, I have purchased a lot of Injora's products. ;) I really like thier tires and wheels, and silicone tire inserts. Never had any problems with their suspension or steering links either. Surprised to hear anyone say that Injora makes poor quality unless they are brand snobs.

What size are you running on the CR?

doom knows his stuff, I've gotten a few injora products and have had zero issue as far as i can remember, i know they are about to start making 1/10 scale stuff soon and i will be rocking a few parts for sure

I have bought a lot of Injora stuff for the 3 Ascent 18's that I have bought. Both 53 (1 set) and 59 (2 sets) shocks, 1 set of brass links, 2 sets of stainless links, Aluminum axle housings, ud/od portal gears, ud diff gear set, tires and inserts, 180 motors, aluminum transmissions, IR40 body mounts, IR60 bodies, brass servo horn and tray, and 7kg servo.

The only item that I have had a problem with is the servo. It fried in less than 30 minutes of driving. There are a number of posts on FaceButt of people having the same problem. Almost always within the first half hour to 1 hour.

For all the parts I have picked up, a $17 servo going bad is something I can live with. Always gonna be a lemon or two no matter the manufacturer, in my opinion.

They are a quality brand, imo. I've been using their 20ish dollar 10th scale servos in some of my race cars with great results. I thought one of them was starting to drift but turns out it was just some slop on the steering that I tightened up. So really zero issues using these servos and winning lots of stickers with them

Yep, sounds like good quality. The wheels and tires I got seemed like good quality. More stuff I want to get and just check other people's experiences before getting more critical parts. I ordered mine through Amazon. Great prices and shipped out quickly. Thanks.

I agree completely about checking other folks experiences. I will probably order another of their servo's, just to see if I get a repeat.

My pleasure!
