Picked up a new Thayer Chandler airbrush, been a while since I've bought a new one. I usually prefer siphon feed, but wanted to try a gravity feed for smaller detail work.

1/16 traxxas parts. I sense tge summit and slash being discontinued and replaced with the new mini xrt and mini slash.

Summit drive shafts, 2 chassis, a tranny and some odds n ends.
Sense the 1/16 Summit and Slash have already been dropped from their website, you may be right. :hehe:

The 1/16 E-Revo is still listed, but for how long?

That and the slash has been. I've been watching.

I guess they are milking that revo as long as they can. 🤣

Could be preparation for a home-improvement project but the hobby knife leads me to believe otherwise...
Doing some rc body painting. My current hobby knife assortment is the handle that needs a new blade, the blades that don't fit the handle, the others I can't find atm.....and this act of desperation I resorted to in a pinch the other day.

Back in the old days, I used to buy a lot of RC stuff from Tower Hobbies in IL and Hobby King in China. Tower used to often have a hobby knife as a bonus freebie or super-cheap order add-on. Hobby King did something similar with small, snap-blade utility knives... you could get them for something like 12 cents each with an order.

I got plenty of both and had those knives everywhere. I don't know where they all went, but I have to search to find one around the house these days. 🤔

There have a lot in common with tape measures.....I will never have enough to have 1 in the room I'm in, when I need it

:thumbs-up: :) I never pass up the chance to snag one of those mini tape measures in a fishbowl for a buck or two next to the check-out in auto parts or hardware stores. You can never have too many tape measures! 🤓

I've been hemming and hawing about picking up a Losi Nascar (or maybe a few of them) to play with in the basement/driveway and possibly bring to one of the many local tracks that run a stock class for a month or so now. Cleetus Mcfarland has a sale going on with already discounted bundle deal and I couldn't pass it up today. $177 out the door and I got a t-shirt for my teenager lol without the t-shirt the total comes to $182.80. Not a bad deal if you're in the market for one.

Picked up 2 glorious pounds of pipe tobacco for when smoking season returns.View attachment 267571I still have some at the house, so there was no reason not to enjoy a smoke on the way to work.
Smoke on the way to work is a must. I miss those days. 🫠🙃 24/7 smoking season here. 🫡😶‍🌫️
