Sorry Hota gurus 😢😬
Had to go with the d300. Couldn't beat the deal
Hota is still nice tho just didn't like it was the same wattage on AC as my skyrc. And for 10 bucks less on prime day, could not beat 100 bucks for a charger like this

Also got a new brighter pit light, @luke66 recommend servo, TLR hinge pins and new replacement rear mini b tires. 😎

I payed $150 a piece to my door for a couple Hota’s at 400W AC.. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I still say that D300 is a solid charger for the money.

I love how small this charger is.
Not sure how it compares to a Hota in size but for reference:

I have that same charger bought it almost 2 years ago and it's been pretty solid just need to get some better batteries someday since i mostly run Zeee's but i do have an SMC 2s and a Pro-tek 2s for my B74.1. If i ever need to move up i might do the D1000 beast mode charger when i start moving beyond 8s to 12s.

With 650W DC, my requirements were Balance amperage, and AC capability. I’m running both of my S6’s off of a 25.2V PSU stack, and wanted the ability to place one on AC if I chose to based on my needs that particular charging sesh. It’s a bonus that they are so small as well. Really wanted to stick with the obviously tried and true Hota line at the same time. 😎🤘

1/8 truck tire for additional reference. You know-because we gotta have tires.. 😂

A little Slash love.
A Castle 1512 2650kv motor to replace my 8 year old 1512 2650kv, a new RPM bumper to replace the Traxxas one I installed yesterday (should have bought the RPM in the first place), and a fan. The spacers will sit inside the fan mounting holes giving me a 1mm gap between the fan and the cover. I've had more fans killed by their own covers than rocks, hopefully this will solve the problem.

Bought a new diagnostic tool. Topdon AntiDiag900. I had an Innova 7111 for a couple years and it’s worked for the part… albeit a bit slow. Biggest annoyance is for whatever reason it doesn’t have the security protocols to get into ANY modules on my 2008 silverado. I’ve had that scanner hooked up to newer and older Chevy trucks with zero issues. I was trying to look into the airbag light and it boots me out before it even reads the code, much less any kind of live data. It’s a pretty low end bidirectional scan tool, so I don’t expect it to do EVERYTHING, but I do expect it to be able to access a SRS module on a 17 year old truck.

Neighbor pulled his camper this last weekend and his truck(same truck as mine) started blowing black smoke and misfiring at higher RPM’s. While I had it hooked up watching data, I tried to access some of the modules and had the same problem. Just kept booting me out of them… The few reviews I’ve watched of the Topdon shows people accessing modules on these 07-13 Silverado’s. Hopefully this one is actually useful for me. 🤣

I bought a Tech2 knock off for my 06 Envoy a few years back. I never use it much but I got into the ignition switch and a few other issue too.
Seems to work ok. Its not hooked up to a laptop. It doesn't do ALL the stuff a propper set up would but its ok. 👍

I use an Autel for quick scans.

Hopefully this new one works out for you.
