ProTek also makes universal ones. But I get it, should be cheaper just to make one yourself.

Wait a minute. On the 1Up racing one I have linked, they say the top corners are notched so it stays in place when racing. Wonder if first state will care about that?

lol yeah I don’t want the screw holes showing when maintenance need to be done i’ll just cut a new piece since for the price of a pre cut one you can a roll of vinyl and make a few, plus the universal ones won’t fit the slash chassis lmao

Oh. Thats fancy. I bet it preforms alot more better than a regular LCG traxxas one like I have on mine. Is it still rear motor though?

it is still rear motor but if I recall it sits lower than the traxxas one, pretty sure I have it still in the bag my mom didn’t show it but I think I kept it

Hopefully she did. That proline chassis is probably a very very rare find today

@luke66 / @Lukedavis do mid motor conversions on theres and they say they preform alot better. Been wanting to do that with mine but still they probably won't accept me running it with a 4000kv FAST motor lol.

I looked for a chassis really but couldn’t find one, and yes that chassis I have is a rare find i’m curious what it’s selling for tbh if it’s worth anything at all, or I just keep it till it breaks

I ran my carpet tire set on the street and they are worn down to nothing so I wonder if they will still have some type of grip on carpet lol. Probably not but I'm planning at being at the factory for their free practice day and ill take the slash, but with basher tires on it lol. Might be sliding around a bit lol

someone was racing a stock slash with stock wheels on saturday in novice they were sliding so much

also looks like if the chassis goes on that kit then i’m screwed from it, maybe I take it off and try to sell and find a different chassis to run?

it is carpet though so I shouldn’t break a chassis I wouldn’t think at least
