i bought a trailer for hauling drinks while we are at events, still slowly working on the gooseneck, but this trailer is going onto the ecto or the basecamp for smaller loads lol
and i already have the paint for the shelf bug body needed backer and chrome to make the colors pop, i keep backing stuff with black like they suggest and keep getting darker colors than i want so trying with a chrome backer this time then black after that as final coat

If you can cancel those scissors, I would. Those are the same ones I got and they are garbage.

Well, yours may be ok. But mine are Hobbypark, and they won't cut toilet paper. Lexan just gets drug between the blades because the gap between the blades. They aren't curved either. The tips are just bent. So they wouldn't even cut a curve even if they did cut.

Curved cuticle scissors are the best thing I've used for wheel wells. But I use an Xacto to cut bodies out now. I've just gotten used to doing it that way.

Then I use a flat strip of bass wood from a craft wood pack with sandpaper glued to it to sand the flat edges. I use a 1/2" drum sander in my rotary tool to smooth out the wheel opening, and round any sharp corners over.

I score and break but when it comes to the wheel wells I tend to get a little spazzy
And a few like.the cen I have to cut out the fenders almost completely
They worked for what I was doing but I wasn't.yrying to do anything intricate
But for cutting am average curve for a fender
It worked as well as a cheap tool can be expected to

I just use one of them fine drywall sanding blocks to smooth the edges it’s just what I had around when I started doing it and it’s been working

Hey, that works too. The only reason I use a sanding block is to keep from rolling the sandpaper over the edge and scuff up the body. But then the lexan just folds over anyway
