The raptor r is for sure, I’m pretty sure the 2wd raptor is the same though.

That’s kinda why I went with the kit so it has a bashing body with it and he will enjoy building it

Should be a fun kit to put together. Lots of upgrades available for the Slash as well.

Yeah, that was my thinking. figured it’s probably easy enough for him to do mostly by himself and more fun then just buying the raptor rtr version

I think the raptor might be slightly longer chassis. Congrats on the purchase.

In the 2wd version, the only chassis difference is the color. It's Black on the Raptor

Hex size is the same, 12mm, (without measuring) the wheel offset appears to be the same, the Raptor R tires are a bit larger in diameter, so might have to raise body, or trim a small amount of wheel opening for clearance.

Raptor R A-Arms, steering blocks and carriers are the same as the 4x4 Rustler and Stampedes, so shouldn't have an issue with the wheels rubbing the suspension.

New (legal) power plant for the 1:10 SK Pan Car. Ceramic bearings are allowed in my class so I plan on buying and installing those before I install the motor in the car.

Ordered body reamer and body mounts for the big rock. Not sure if I’ll ever see the shocks for it . Got the HR servo saver in yesterday for it, links should show up today. The slash kit will be here today too

Pinions for Gorgon 3800kv install, shocks for frankenbuild and screws for Granite (spares) from Jenny's.
Fought with paypal until I finally gave up. Purchased from ebay and got raped on shipping:
2 sets of Arrma shock caps and protectors. 2 good slides and my NEW shock caps were ground flat! I almost took the caps off my esc too! No more testing without a body!
Also bought a big bottle of 200cst oil.
And a set of H&R sport springs for my 1:1. The Hocus Focus is a bit too low, lol!
