I'm a fan of Ford's 3\4 ton to 1 ton trucks but the only cars i liked from them are the GT and Mustang GT. I see your point and you know my family had some vehicles that had the same engine as the Taurus did the Duratec\Vulcan 3.0L V6 we had an 94 Aerostar and a 2008 Ranger and we had very little problems with them. Although the earlier Taurus' weren't the greatest they tended to overheat a friend of my Dad had a 90's Taurus it eventually broke down. My Mom had a 91 Mazda MX-6 GT it was a Half Ford and Half Mazda it broke down due to a pickup coil that was an Autozone one and not a genuine Ford motorcraft one this was back when the Japanese used to partner with US automakers like Chrysler and Mitsubishi Ford and Mazda GM and Isuzu.
The radiators, cooling fans, connectors were junk in Taurus. So there go the heads, transmissions... They didn't last long. I never really see the old ones around, ever. 🤣
I had a Bronco 2 and a Ranger P/U that were both nice trucks.

Chrysler and Mitsu. 🙄 Great job with the cooling in those too.
2.6 and 2.2 heads were a hot seller back then!
The turbos were worse. Way too much heat under those hoods!!!
The Aries and Kcars... not Chryslers finest hour. 🤣

Oh well. Not much left of them now. 👍

My Dad's brother\My Uncle Davy used to have a 94 Plymouth Acclaim that had the 3.0L Mitsubishi V6 those are known to burn oil but his had 2 transmission failures in it's lifetime until he sold it off to a salvage yard before he moved to New York since he took the greyhound bus there in 2011. I was always intrigued with the Chrysler new yorkers of the mid 80's to early 90's both the e and c bodies but i think Cadillac built the better cars with Deville and Seville with 4.5 - 4.9L HT4500 - HT4900 V8s they were almost bulletproof. That was until Cadillac replaced them with the good ol Northstar which was a lemon headgaskets would blow, coolant temp sensors and waterpumps would die prematurely.

That's awesome, Ypsilanti, MI location is my LHS! Great bunch of guys, even the young kids are helpful and know their stuff!
How'd you get hooked up with them?
I don't recall if someone linked them here in thread or I found them hunting a specific RC I wanted to buy.
I think I was hunting a Blue UDR and it was after they had already been discontinued and through countless wide open searches on the old interwebs I found their website and they had 2 of them. I discovered they had a rewards points system, and discovered the tax and shipping was all included in the same if not better retail prices that I had seen elsewhere. I have bought quite a few RC from them since getting back into it all.

I even decided to return a couple that after seeing them in person, I had changed my mind on.
No big deal they took great care of me. They even took care of the shipping to get them back, plus full refunds no problem at all.
I think normally they make the customer pay the shipping, but I have bought a lot of RCs from them at this point, so we have developed a great relationship and really like working with them. Like the Rampage Outlaw kit that just popped up on their website today. That was me, I told the internet boss man I wanted to order one, he put in on the website and I ordered it this afternoon.

They also fixed the Battery issue I had ran into saying it could not ship them to my area. They had apparently turned off shipping for that item during a black Friday sale.
It is fixed now, just in time to get in on the promo kit deal Spektrum has been running this past month.
where you can get the battery and the charger kits for $20-30 less them the battery by them selves.

With coupon points I picked up a 2S and 3S and came with two more chargers since the kits were cheaper than the batteries solo prices.
All for $75. That was less then cost of one Spektrum or Traxxas 3S battery by itself normally.

Sounds like you got some cool stuff coming, I'm still saving up for my future new dream transmitter when it comes out this November hopefully just have to be patient and wait although it's hard.

Probably, thinking I got it for a little under. Looked good, we will see.
You SOB that was for me to buy!
I think it was a good deal, nice score man

Debating if I should upgrade from my soft case lunch bag lol

I Know @Serea71 is like the Pro at radios so I'll ask him 😄

Personally I'd upgrade if i had the money, You like your NB4+ why not get a case to protect it? I'm hoping my new iXSR when i get it will come in a case similar to the first one that doubled as the packaging.
