It’s my first Traxxas so I will review it later. I can tell you I don’t like the battery plug. It came with a 3500mah 2s and a usb-c 2A charger. 🥱
I have put together a list of Traxxas unboxing instructions if you need some help.

1. Remove everything from box
2. Remove the body
3. Cut here:

That way nobody else will try to use it. After that, remove the 2 screws in the base of the ESC and toss it in the garbage 😉

I was going to attempt to sell this brushless combo on eBay or something. Even the motor has a proprietary plug with the smallest wire gauge I have ever seen on a “1/10 scale” brushless motor. It’s like 14awg.
The plug is beginner friendly because it only goes one way so the motor is phased correctly. These electronics are limited to 2s though.

I think my Jensen 6x9's from 1978 had thicker speaker wire than that!
There's NO reason for manufacturers to be putting in "just enough to get a noob running" electronics!
Even in noob cars, upgradability is important! Having to remove and literally throw a 2:1 system in the trash just sucks!

The truck itself looks like its going to be fun!👍🏻

I'll hold the can... so I can take it out later and use it.

I've not had any issues with that ESC... I have four of them, but they usually only get a 2S run on them, just because of the models they are in.

Nice, now that they're officially released, I need to stop by the Traxxas store one day and have a look.

Was browsing for chassis protectors for the Hammer Rey over at Darkside Studio Arts and noticed they still had the chassis they used to scan to create a chassis protector for it. Marked down it was like $17 off. Went there to get a skin and got a new chassis for cheap too 😁

I selfishly want you to keep building things so I can see what you come up with 😅
Not sure if you've noticed but I've been stocking up on discontinued Arrma 2wd parts 😉

Yeah, I definitely noticed 😉

I'm watching you
👀

Well, I've been watching you too. I am now. Look out your window 👀

Made you look 😆😆🤣🤣
You better have a coat on because it's cold out there! (image flipped so you can read it easier).

Also order from Amain after and I should have that tomorrow, but it’s in Shreveport so who knows 🤣
Indianapolis is like a main hub for the region. So a lot of stuff goes through there. And ever since that Canadian strike packages have sat there at least 3 days before moving. I bet they have had a bunch of stuff show up there they didn't know what to do with.
