So after posting a review of T-Mibile's customer service on a bery busy review site (TrustPilot), and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I called T-Mobile one last time a few days later about removing the fraudulent charge on my account, and amazinhgly, the tone of the agant I spoke to was as friendly as can be. So out of the 15+ phone calls where every agent was rude to downright obnoxious, I get one that is super nice and has the charge removed in about a minute. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. Then today I get this guy trying to reach out to me. I must have stirred up enough chit to get the big dogs involved 😅

"Hello Kevin

I am reaching out to you from T-Mobile’s Executive Response Team in regards to your correspondence about your test drive experience. I am the senior specialist assigned to your case and regret any inconvenience the issues may have caused you. I have attempted to reach you at your mobile number ending in 8853. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach you, but I would like the opportunity to discuss the concerns further. Is there a time and date that best works for you to speak? If so, please let me know a good time to reach you and I will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Alternatively, please feel free to reach out to me directly concerning this matter by responding to this email or by calling me at the number listed below. I am typically in the office Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:00pm pacific time (PT). I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Considering T-Mobile has 1.4 rating out of 5 tells me this talk won't amount to anything. They have hundreds of reviews regurgitating the exact same experience I had, and this has been going on for years.
Its sad that this is what it takes to get anyone who actually gives a crap to get involved.

In my eye's, T-mobile falls between belly button lint and a yeast infection.
I have nothing good to say about that company.

They have definitely cornered the market on pi**ing off customers 😒

Do you get a lot of yeast infections? Must be all the pond water...

It's most likely from the daily naked calisthenics he does 🫤

That guy called me today. He acted pretty sincere, but I reminded him he needs to go around on the internet and contact all the other folks with the exact same complaints I have. He is reviewing the call recordings. When he gets to the guy that threatened me, I told him to call me back and let me know if he fires the guy who was trying to tell me how much I would owe T-Mobile if I didn't send that gateway back. I mentioned I told that butthead I was getting my hammer and taking their gateway to the concrete patio out back and smashing the hell out of it and he was getting it back in pieces. I said good Fn luck trying to get money out of someone on disability 😅

This was years ago but I canceled T-mobile and told them turn it off, I no longer want their services.
A year later I get an email that I owed them monthly payments for a year.
That dude heard some words he never heard before.
I told him they won't get a F'ind dime. It went to collections and I told the snotty biotch, they weren't getting a dime.

They did my dad like thst then topped it with 30 or 50 in activation fees per line. Collections harrased him for like 5 years.

Verizon has been good to us, been with them for a long time.

Funny story, wasn’t so funny at the time though. My brother and I were in business together and had got new phones, the Motorola Q I believe.

I signed us both up for unlimited data but somehow it only got applied to my phone.

The next phone bill we got was about $43,000 😳🤔. They hounded us for a few months until I produced the paper copy of the original receipt, what a relief when they removed those charges.

I still don’t know how my brother managed to use enough data for a bill like that in one month. 😆

My son didn’t have unlimited and got stuck with a bill for about $3000 the same month. 🙁

Of all five days school decided to let us be free tomorrow. I only have one class on thursdays, today I got six🫠
Well if your unhappy about it you can just go ahead and go to school. 😜 🤣 Sometimes life just likes to mock us in the most ornery ways. 🤷‍♂️

left for work 5 minutes earlier than normal. got to work 2 minutes later than normal. hit every fornicating red light possible. twice because the a-hole in front of me was dragging ass, coming up to the intersection its like they were expecting the light to change, i swear they wanted to stop. then twice the group of cars i was in had to stop so 1 a-hole could make a left turn.

Furitek part that I ordered on Feb. 26th got lost in the mail - Furitek agreed to re-ship it 3-20, and actually did on 3-30. It finally arrived today with this:

I now have $49.69 invested in a part that sells for $14.99.
So, here's the e-mail I sent Tony. Think anything will happen?

"Not sure what happened here but this part finally came today.
It came with $15.70 due to the post office for "Fraudulent postage".
I paid it so I wouldn't have to start over again.
I've now spent over $45 for a $15 part.
I've always been a huge fan of Furitek products but this may sway my decisions on future purchases.
Care to shed any light on this?"

That's wild. I've only ever seen that when receiving stuff from China...they lie about contents to bypass the tariffs.

I'm glad you are feeling better! :thumbs-up:😁

The nose bleeds continue...and get worse. Almost feels like I am practice a clever form of old skool blood letting on a daily basis. I should be at the peak of health and wellness by now.
You haven't started the leaches yet! You have a way to go still.
