Its sad that this is what it takes to get anyone who actually gives a crap to get involved.So after posting a review of T-Mibile's customer service on a bery busy review site (TrustPilot), and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I called T-Mobile one last time a few days later about removing the fraudulent charge on my account, and amazinhgly, the tone of the agant I spoke to was as friendly as can be. So out of the 15+ phone calls where every agent was rude to downright obnoxious, I get one that is super nice and has the charge removed in about a minute. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. Then today I get this guy trying to reach out to me. I must have stirred up enough chit to get the big dogs involved

Considering T-Mobile has 1.4 rating out of 5 tells me this talk won't amount to anything. They have hundreds of reviews regurgitating the exact same experience I had, and this has been going on for years.
