i did yard work and pressure washed the patio and patio furniture yesterday and cleaned up the backyard. spent probably 5 hours outside looking at sun glair off water. and sense i didn't want to put my contacts in i was wearing glasses and i don't have prescription sun glasses so yeah, sunburned eyes.
top of my head and neck are slightly burned as well. probably should have worn a hat.

Ebay sign in is botched... 2.5 hours of trying, entering codes and trying to understand ppl on the phone who do NOT speak english well.
Had 1 guy hang up on me after I told him to get a manager... My ebay account is blocked now. I intend to leave it that way.
I will save a fortune not buying any more RCs!

I changed phones. Not phone numbers, nothing else, just a new phone... New phone isn't locked to a gmail account. This may be the issue, unsure and ebay's service dept is useless. This isn't going to get fixed.

I will attempt to use 'guest' purchasing.
I will NOT attempt to call Ebay again.

They introduced 2 step authentication... Fabulous! Now ONLY hackers can use my account.

I actually signed in to the account yest. Then the phone glitched or whatever happened and ebay pushed me right to the 'verify myself' page and the nonsense started all over again.

I am pretty positive if I shut my vpn off, allowed google to crawl up my a$$ and live there (give them full phone permissions) I could sign in and be a good little googlette.

I went with option 2. I called them and told them to close the account.

With all the verifications and authentications required for work and personal stuff, my cell phone is invaluable. So, should it crash (or dropped into the toilet ), its a mad scramble to get a replacement up and running ASAP.
Not a fan of the dependency.

Your experience sounds similar to mine with amazon. Got locked out of my account. Talked to 3 different people from India who obviously dont speak redneck. F em! I dont miss it at all.

I think they did it on purpose anyway. After complaining for months about their crappy delivery drivers turning around in my yard and running over my lateral field, I guess they figured I wasn't worth the risk anymore. Did you know amazon sells spike strips? Kinda ironic really...

Amazon tried to scam me about a decade ago with no warranty in brand new, in box, never used, auto parts.

I returned EVERYTHING I bought from Scamazon for my truck and haven't spent a single dime with them since.

I heard they fixed the warranty scam issues. Now all they need to do is send a free mechanic here for a few hours to offset my time and we can be friends again.

Scamazon would be closed if it were up to me.

Ebay wasn't much better and is quickly approaching 'equally useless' status.

I understand, I don't know when the "technology is going to make everything easier" went off the rails, but it can be infuriating sometimes.

If ebay wants my money, they can call me. I'm well done with rearranging my life because ebay decided to change their sign in policy.
Thats not even a tiny little bit 'gonna happen'.

I doubt I'm gonna find any LHS that specializes in vintage Kyosho. I may need to rethink my whole plan.

In the 1980s even radio shack understood that side pipes are awesome. Decades of market research later I don't know any models that still come with em.

Radio Shack understood a lot of things that got lost in the shuffle. I loved that place and miss it.
