There are car display stands for sale or you could look into a "pit" car stand. If you race, the latter might be more functional for you than a pretty plexi- custom routed name plate with backlighting, you know?
yeah I mean I have stands I just need something for shelve space to store cars but I think I got that figured out now just need to buy and make space 🤣

i'm pretty positive if you open a thread called "What do you think, insert part here." Thread, you're gonna get some pictures posted that you never wanted to see!!! 🤣🤣🤣
oh god that sounds scary but I might make a thread for it but maybe just title differently 🤣🤣

No, but a year or 2 ago, there was a thread on rc storage solutions/ideas. I'll see if I can find it.

Update:
@paytonimusrex I think it may have been this one.

now that’s cool I won’t do that in my apartment at least my current one as I want to leave asap but struggling to find a new job lol

I got this shelf a few years ago for around
$50 or so. Simple, lightweight and works great for 1/10 rc cars.

I use this i my hallway. Its well built and pretty sturdy for plastic! Its super easy to put up and take down! If you're moving soon, this might be a good choice.

My uncle just got stuff stolen. He has no cameras so we don't know who. Someone got in his shed, and portable garage. Stole a 3 ton jack, wrench and socket sets and a bunch of electric/ air tools.

Man.
They were probably wearing a hoodie, so cameras won't help much. I highly recommend this security system! It's guaranteed to instantly rehabilitate all dirtbags thieves.

Pardon my french, but thatms a REALLY nice rack you've got there!😲
I just told my girlfriend that I was admiring your rack.
Now I'm not allowed to use RCTALK for a week and I have to sleep under the kitchen table with the Optima mid on it.

80lbs pit bull is a good deterent as well. 😉

That is a great method as well. However, the dirtbags will more than likely be aware of a dog on property, and would more than likely not want to be rehabilitated. My system assures that they will be rehabilitated. Permanently! 😈

Money is always tight over at their house. So that's his decision if he wants to get cameras or security.

Also I don't think he locks up the shed or portable garage so that's partially his fault too. Or I could be wrong, he could lock them up at night but usually during the day they are unlocked. Plus the portable garage is a zipper door so that doesn't help much at all.

Example:

And since @luke66 is underage, you'll soon be expecting a visit from the local and federal authorities as well.

You raise a good point. We keep the dog's chain as "optional" to counter such counter-measures.
An unwelcome visit here should include as much "surprise" as possible!
A grenade isn't a bad surprise either tho... 🤔

Locking a garage like this is like locking a convertible.
Any pocket knife works as a key.

Ah. Must be why I'm hearing helicopters outside.

Well it is Baltimore, could be for other reasons....

Or just a $5 sign that says protected by security cameras, even if it's not, could deter most would be thieves. I had to do that when my boys were younger & we had lots of BMX & skateboard stuff outside after I had a BMX stolen. Which I combed my town till I found it & called the cops. Got it back.
