my day just turned from good to "this job would be great if it wasn't for the F'ing customers"
standard ship a job to us. want standard shipping back. (across country mind you) but you want us to have it out the door today. as far as I'm concerned you'll get it when you get it. if standard shipping both ways is ok, it can't be that important. go fornicate yourself. try to get it from someone else, i double dog dare you.
and here's why I'm pissed, the part of the job that's going to make it a PITA, that my boss is going to obsess over, is a have to have feature.
i need a vacation.

That actually made me laugh out loud!

If you want, since I'm on the right coast, I can send up smoke signals and you can tell them the smoke is from you guys working ULTRA HARD to get that unit out TODAY!!! 🫡🙄🤣

Its going to cost me 5 1/2 Xmaxx's to upgrade the suspension on my SxS. Why is fun so darn expensive?! Not sure how I'm going to explain this to the wife either. TGIF!!
Hell I guess I got lucky - my wife would help with the install! She helped me build 2 1:1 Broncos in the 80's!

It's really F'd and I certainly don't need this crap now.
We are calling another hospital that is in network but I'm worried about the amount of miles and gas I have to come up with.
St. Alphonsas is a great hospital network but Boise and Nampa is the only two places.
Boise is 73 miles. This is just making me sicker than I already am.

Peppa is upset about my insurance "or lack of" also.
She loves to sit on my chest when she comes to visit.

We also have an 88lbs Catahoola/Terrier lap dog!

Your girl is beautiful!

I got to meet 5 of the most beautiful puppies and a couple tiny kittens while I was at the vet. It was great to hang out with some true baby puppy love and energy!

Dogs can break just about anyone's bad day!!!

Good luck with your's!

She is actually my daughters dog but she loves it over here and always sits on my chest. She thinks she is a lap dog.

Gets a good view of the layout and knows just where 'daddy' is from up there!

She's a cutie!

I too am short on sleep, a lot lately.
Last night I stayed up till beyond midnight.
Little dude was up at 3 something, we got up to come downstairs around 5:30am.

We've been dealing with these night terrors heavily over the last little while.

I thought this night owl could howl at the moon last night, but I am paying for it hard today.
Night terrors suck! We got rid of them by staying away from red 40 dye back then and still don’t consume anything with creepy dyes in our food.

Good luck.

  • Saturday would have been my mom and dad's 40th anniversary. (She passed away last May)
  • Yesterday was the first Mother's Day since losing her.
  • 5/28 is the one-year anniversary of her passing.
  • Stator went bad in our 11-year-old washing machine. New one is supposed to be delivered this Wednesday but we have received zero confirmation on that...2 kids in sports plus a hair stylist wife who has to wash her towels and aprons at home with no washer is hell.
  • The hanging light fixture in my house's foyer was dripping water during a heavy rain this morning. This same exact thing happened 2 years ago and I filed an insurance claim to have it fixed. The repair team came out and fixed a different leak which was found during their visit and now they won't warranty the job lol.
who has a cig I can bum? lol

walk in the door and there's a job sitting on my desk. damn CNC job. so first thing Monday morning i get to be covered in fiberglass dust.
and of course its not an easy job, its a shave this down, use 2 different thickness of fiberglass make your Monday morning suck as much as possible job.
saw it and was so pissed i threw my phone. hopefully after i find it it still works.
🤬🤬🤬🤬

edit:
phone still works. I'm starting to think a Motorola in an Otterbox knockoff is indestructible.
