I've been looking for a servo arm for over a week. They don't list how long the short arms are hole to hole LIKE EVERY OTHER SERVO ARM... their little arms say 'fits dromida, mini B...' Usless info when I'm trying to fit the arm into an Optima Mid.
They don't mind me blowing $100 on useless servo arms but sending someone TO DO THEIR JOB and measure it... too much effort.

Since I already have 3 that don't fit... REALLY want to just buy the right one and move on...
I believe the descriptions on each product are copied from the manufactures description so not totally AMain's fault there, its just who/whatever brand it is doesn't actually specify what the measurements are. Which suck. Unless its AMain'ed owned brands like ProTek, EcoPower, Upgrade RC, ect, those are their own product descriptions, last time I looked at some of their stuff its pretty well written.
I like AMain, I can get literally anything on there and I have like 8 wish lists of stuff I need or want for each car so it helps me stay organized.
I know you like Proline. I have NO idea why.
I actually don't, because its Horizon owned and they messed it all up. I just bought PL tires bc they were on sale, and plus other people at the track use them aswell. These are for the Ebuggy for fun/practice runs so I really don't care about how they perform/handle, especially bc I'm just getting into 1/8 outdoor, idk what tire treads and compounds work the best so I just went for what was most popularly ran. Now, If I knew and had more knowledge about 8th scale outdoor, and all about treads and compounds I would either go with ProMotion, TZO, or Jcon in a heart beat. I'm not sure is ProMotion still has their sale but they have a big deal rn on Cosair bar tires for 5 bucks a pair, no inserts tho but its fine but if it is still up and running thats on my list to be ordered. Also on what I said numerous times, Horizon makes up ATLEAST 65% (imo) of the hobby so there is no way you can get away from them. Especially if you own a Horizon car like I do.
Like every other company, 'contact us' is a 'feel good' button on a web page. It doesn't actually connect to anyone but its so comforting to see before you drop $300 on a product that you MIGHT actually need help with later.
I paid Amain prices for convenience and service... ummmmmm....

I am not a fan of points and discount codes and all the other crap they put on their site.
If you can give me a better price, do it. Not sometimes, not because I knew the magic word... SAVE EVERY TIME.
There are PLENTY of Kyosho dealers with better prices.
I spent a LOT of money on this build. If Amain had better prices, better service... they could have supplied me with prob 50-75% of the build. THIS is a better plan I guess.
Anytime that I had to get in contact with AMain I had really good service so Ill continue using them. Been using them ever since I got into RC.
I used their 15 dollar off coupon the other week to get my order below 200 total. And store credit aswell since I order from them so often.
They're really good, on point and on time on getting shipments out, when they have the actual product, lol (Horizon supply chain issues like above as example) They get everything packaged and shipped out fast, once its out of their hands, most of the time its via USPS, so if it is, USPS is the one to mess it all up. Lol.
Myself currently I only own 3 sets of ProLine tires.
One set of Positron SCTs worn down to slicks, I got from my buddy, they hook up well.
One set of discontinued Hyrax SCXLs I got used, they're discontinued so they were prob made better too! Lol. For the slash. Had them on the truck for a year, tread is worn down enough to the point it doesn't go anywhere in grass. Had BFG KO2 XL tires in my wishlist but 29 bucks for a pair? Nope for me... Ill just get a set of stock Traxxas BFGs on Jennys for 30 bucks.
One set of Bald Eagle Ts for the rustler. The older ones I have that I use on the rears, those are pretty good but the newer ones I have that I use in the front are terrible as they did a running change in foam inserts, I mean they grip up but the foam is SUPER firm and has like atleast a 5mm air gap between the foam and the actual tire.
