The cv style axles for these are like hens teeth. Yet you can find the dog bones fairly easily. At least the last time I looked for my B2 they were anyway. In search of CVA bones, 71016 are a direct replacement.

The T4.2FT that is pictured above with shock mounting screw coming loose...This is an awesome thread! Very cool that you've put in so much effort to be able to keep running vintage AE! By the looks of that chassis, your efforts have paid back well too. Lots of runtime on this truck.
I love that its not a shelf queen!!!![]()

Shelf queen?... LOL. Well, for about two years it was just that... a shelf queen. It sat with an Evader ST/EXT body on it. I was so into my other RCs and I couldn't stand to paint a "bulldog" body. I gave up trying to make the gull wing arms work with a standard shock tower.

It wasn't until I replaced the wide front shock tower/gull wing arms with normal T4 stuff, that it became a daily runner.

You were trying to find replacements for T4.2 RS dog bones?Great thread, I got a t4.2 I'm working on. Going to run the reedy 3300 in mine. Haven't worked on it much lately but I think I finally got the correct dog bones. Ordered 5-6 different sets before finding the right size
I think that's what I found to work as wellReplacement Dog Bones
These dog bones were said to be pretty much a perfect fit...
