my starter box does not spin really fast, so no wonder my engine wont turn over, could i use a car battery to run this thing or what, i want a good battery, could i just go to a local hardware store to get a battery? :argue:

If your starterbox doesn't come with jump start cables do this.

Cut the connectors that go into the battery.

Buy some 12 or 14 gauge wire and some jump start cable ends.

Hook it up to your car and your set.

This is what I do

lol thanks, yea the battery i was using did not do jack crap to my car, i couldnt over turn it

You can get a gell cell like a hobbico or something that is 12v and small enough to mount inside the box. Hobbico even makes a mini unit that is about half the size of the regular gell.

80 bucks or so buy a 20 ampDC power supply..never worry about dead batts again....unless your in a field then your screwed....
