I’m putting a sr215 on my old nitro 4-tec but the connectors on my car won’t plug into sr215. What do I need to do? Thanks

They might have a little flange on the connector on one side. Since tge reciever doesn't have a slit, you may need to cut it with a razor blade or sand it with a dremel.

Yes I did that but also 2 of the corners are angled on receiver where corners are all squared off on my cars connectors. I didn’t know if the make an adapter or just replacement connectors?

Sounds like more work for an xtaco knife/dremel but as WickedFog said above, it would help if we had pictures.

I've taken a razor blade or xtaco knife and cut those things off Traxxas electronics just make sure to be careful when you cut them trust me nobody wants a cut finger or a ruined connector. I got various cuts and scars in my RC career over the years. Hope this helps you

I just use close cut side cutters to cut the flange, then bevel the edges with a dremel so I can fit those airtronics type connectors into my spektrum receivers.
