Spektrum battery - balance wire repair

The balance wire detached at the IC2 connector on this spectrum battery.

I haven’t tried this repair before. The battery is good & I would like to save it.

I can’t seem to locate the part number for the battery plug adapter, but maybe I don’t need one?

Attempts to jam it back on there have not been successful.

How should a guy go about fixing this?

I’d just cut the plug off and resolder all three on the original plug though

Has the right idea.

You need to be cautious here because we're dealing with a battery that has a lot of stored energy. Cut and solder only one wire at a time, inserting it into the connector when finished.

It should be good as new when done.

Thanks. That’s the part I was looking for. I was on the horizon website and didn’t see it.
