So I got frustrated...

So after like 10 days of my msr x that I ordered not showing up and no updates to the tracking number I contacted new egg and had them contact their 3rd part seller Power Hobbies (because i couldnt get ahold of them) to try and get a replacement or a refund. That was on Wednesday or Thursday I believe. Today this showed up in the mail as a replacement with 4 extra lipos I didnt order. Needless to say I went from being quite an unhappy customer to quite a happy one

Some of us prefer incremental steps: coax, FP and then CP. If I were to try flying a CP, I'd end up with a handful of scrap.

I certainly ended up with scrap a few times... I have to pick around though, I know he will love the CP once he runs it : D

So I resorted to buying a used MSRX cuz you can't hardly find em new anymore without paying a premium price and I found a new MSR for $60 so I bought that too...will be fun to make comparisons. Well, once I can fly again...my other hand goes under the knife on teh 27th so it may be a couple months.

I managed to find a new MSRX on ebay although the price was a little jacked up ($120) so I didnt do the deal for the used one. So once I get them all I'll have an MSR, MSRX, Nano CPx, Nano QX, HSP80 v2, and a V911Pro. If thats not good an idea of whats what in the micro heli world IDK what is lol. I have a feeling though that the V911 Pro and the HSP80 will end up as donations to friends who like RC Helis but dont have much money to buy them or replacement parts.

I'm still trying to get all the models in. I'm having problems locating an MSRx. I thought I've found one like 3 times but everytime i order one a week later the company that i ordered from comes back and says "Oh we dont actually have this in stock, heres your money back" Soon though i just got my MSR in and I'm waiting on replacement parts for my HFP80 and I need to mod my V911 pro to use my blade lipos. Once i get everything up and flying and learn how to get em all programmed into my TX (another source of frustration that I'm slowly but surely figuring out) I'll eventually have enough subjective data to give my opinion of them all

Blade MSR came in a couple days ago. I believe I have found another new MSR x thanks to Nedly. This one should be good because I called the company first to verify that they had it in stock. They said they did but we'll see
