heck i seen a guy use coat hanger wire before

It reminds me of the ICE chargers. that would take a battery to set delta peak, then for some reason would start the complete charge to set delta..after 2 or so years of use in a 3 classes once a week.

What would have been shocking. It was before we had RCD(circuit breakers) installed.
