I have a spektrum radio system. The radio has a digital display that always shows the current voltage level of the radio. It normally reads around 11 volts. At what voltage level should I replace the batteries.

It should give you a warning...either a beep tone or a vibration.
Get rechargeable batteries. They will absolutely pay for themselves.

I have a Spektrum DX-7 heli radio, so I'm guessing yours might work the same way.

Any idea on which voltage level I should replace the batteries at though? I've never noticed any beep or vibration. I have the DX2 radio...bought it like 5 years ago so its an older model

When it gets down around 9V, it will start beeping at you.

From the manual for the DX2.0:

Low Battery Screen/Lithium Battery Backup
When the voltage of the eight “AA” batteries drops below 9.0 volts, the DX2.0’s display
screen will alternate between the Normal (see above) and Low Battery screen (BAT),
and a continuous beeping will occur, indicating that the batteries need to be replaced
before further use. The Low Battery screen is active during any operating modes.

That sounds about right. I think I get the beeps at about 9.1, and an automatic shut down at 9V.
I'm pretty sure my M11 ground radio has the same settings.
