I contacted proline about a week ago to see if I could possibly warranty a proline badland mx43 that has a cracked rim. They asked for the typical name, address, proof of purchase etc. I sent them all that along with photos of the cracked rim and tread. I purchased these tires back on 11/07/24 and really didn’t expect anything from them. To my surprise they are sending me a new set! Super stoked and now I can run them on my Xmaxx and XRT😎🤘

Congrats. I contacted them twice on bodies where the body post poked through in only 3 or 4 minutes of runtime. They didn't seem to care. Glad they took care of you.

Thank you, no kidding! That’s a bit ridiculous. Too bad they didn’t help you out. I didn’t expect much considering I got them months ago.

I never tried to warranty a part thru Horizon. Interesting that they were so helpful.
Maybe they will warranty my wonky Granite wheel. 🤔 🤣
I bought a Losi DBXL-E 2.0 that came with a funky servo and they took care of it right away. I've emailed them with questions and they have responded.

That's surprising. Well good for you!

Tried to get them to send me the older style inserts for my race tires but that didn't go so well. Bc I thought they were still selling the older inserts bc the product pictures said so but they don't change them since they lazy so I just had like 15 bucks wasted on a wrong pair of inserts. Don't forgot the lexan quality. Like @Chubaka said, I have 2 axis bodies and the both cracked when test fitting and cutting, didn't even run them yet. Not to mention the leaky shock issues from them. Only the matter time everything Horizon made will go downhill at this point because Trinity, duratrax, aka and TLR are already in that hole and cannot be revived at this point. Sorry for the little rant but horizon is all made up of issues for me atleast and just wanted to share my findings.
