Progressive lenses here too, my wife had to get bifocals too, she won't use them, when she reads up close, she takes them off. I miss reading in bed or watching tv from the floor without having to tilt my head at odd angles.

Question for you @Greywolf74 , I'm doing a bit of research and my ESC is the Tekin RS but on their website, it only shows the RS Pro, RS Gen 3 and a couple others. Is this a older version of some sort? It only says RS.

I tried the bifocal thing and it failed miserably. I felt like I was dizzy drunk all the time trying to walk. I honestly don't need no help falling, I'm pretty good at that as it is...:(
They still make the RS its just that one is an older Gen1 and the current one is a gen3. Not sure the differences. You should pick up a tekin Hotwire and play with all the tuning options. :)

HERE is the manual for the RS/RSPro

Yeah, I plan to. I forgot to mention that an external bec is also installed.
Thanks buddy, I have all the manuals already on my desc top.
Anytime! I like running external BEC on a lot of my stuff. Takes the load off the ESC. Castle makes a great programmable one for around $20

I just ran it out in the yard but I'll take it out and really give her a blast in a day or two.
That's awesome. Glad to hear it's a beast.. guessing nothing will get in the way. Or will stop it well beside a wall or post🤣🤣

I found out the hard way. "NOTE TO SELF" , never sit on the back porch with shorts on and no shoes. There is a curly looking trigger thing on the radio that makes it drive right up your leg when you accidentally tap it.

Almost like holding it in arm.. and hitting the throttle.. and get rubber burn tracks across you side or stomach... 😉🤦‍♂️

What is the curly trigger thing you speak of? I have done this before. Right on the inside of my forearm.

The curly thingy we all dream of mastering.. Some folks call it a trigger. :p
Oh lol. I thought you were talking about a separate switch.

Often times, when I'm crawling, I like to stop to take pictures. This require the use of both hands for steady, non-blurry pics. With both hands on the cell camera, the tx would be dangling and swinging on the lanyard, which often times would be bumping against me or other objects, and activating some of the controls. I always wished there was a built-in lockout switch on tx to cut off the steering wheel and throttle trigger. RC plane tx have a switch that locks out the propeller to prevent it from accidentally coming on.

That wouldn't be hard to add a toggle to disable transmitting. That would be an awesome thing to have because I often turn the cars on for the kids before we take them outside.
