Interesting idea, but not quite there. Certainly not a big enough difference to justify the expense. 🤔
Also they are basically turning your tires into low pros reducing the ability to conform to rocks thus nullifying the lowered center of gravity

Except the tire sidewall height doesn't change though. What is possibly happening, is the foam is likely being compressed slightly which would change the compliance of the tire as you mention. No way to know without comparing them to your current internal wheel rings.

It's a solution looking for a problem if you ask me.

If you fill 1/2 the tire with hard plastic, the soft sidewall doesn't matter unless you can get hard plastic to conform with the tire
 
no, none, zip ,zero......looks interesting though. unless someone in my friend group gets some.........

But it still doesn't turn a regular size tire into a low-pro tire was my point.
