Id say Traxxas used to be very innovative at one point! They have just declined and declined because they're not creating anything new, they're just exhausting old ideas and it's not working out too great. I mean yes the BL-2S system was a good idea, the ultimate models are a good idea on paper, shrinking every large model to a weird scale that's somehow 1/10, lots of stuff going on, but it's not connected to one central idea. The ultimate models kind of defeat the purpose of building a car. Part of it is breaking stuff and finding something new that makes the car better than before. That's part of the experience. Making one already loaded with metal parts and upgrades takes away the process of building, it just skips you to the end result. They need something completely new, and if they keep this up they will go out of business. Kinda ironic I keep saying this, because you guys know I love my slash and trx-4, but I can't remember the last time I bought a part directly from traxxas. Ill either make something or find an amazon brand.makes me sad to see the most innovative name in monster trucks on the least innovative name in RC.
i also just noticed the inner wheel bead is bigger than the outer. I'm going to go cry now.
