New Traxxas 1/10 brushless Lineup actually looks refreshing if I'm being honest.

Not going to lie, I am seriously contemplating ordering that Slash 4x4... or maybe the Stampede... Probably the Slash What are your thoughts? I actually like it. Its nice to see a little innovation get put into the Traxxas 1/10 lineup. Love it or hate it, Traxxas knows how to take my money.

The Hoss was short-lived. I'm pretty sure they discontinued the "Hoss" name and made it the new Stampede... or something like that

It wasn't a very good name, glad they moved the Stampede name over to the newer chassis.

This has me thinking a few things; it's nice to see them include things that were once hop ups in the TRX ecosystem. The shock upgrade has been long overdue. The amount of ultra shock bodies I have stripped I couldn't count.

The new ESC! So the TRX link is built is now? Sweet! And..AND! They are finally dropping support for NIMH batteries on their VXL3s ESC. They're also bringing a whole new motor; maybe it'll be able to handle 3s in these platforms! Wha!?!

I feel like this is a response to the market. They must be feeling some pressure from overseas competitors and brands like Arrma.

Those six new VX3 platforms are very modern (not too splashy) looking now. Great job Fastest Name dudes. Awesome. I don't care which one, either the Rustler 4x4 or the Slash 4x4... first one to be put in ultimate kit form with hard anodized shocks gets my money.

The original VXL was 3500kv. I alsondont like the open motor design. I would rather just have a fan.

Correct. I was thinking 380 summit motor swap at the time. Might try the new vxl in the future in my 1/16.

Looks like the new 2wd stampede is double srms instead of camber links.

Yeah, I've seen them on YouTube and Facebook then checked them out on Traxxas' Website but i'll probably hold on to my Current Slash 4x4 Ultimate since i recently got it repaired and i also installed the optional chassis brace on it yesterday. But it looks like a good refresh without completely redesigning the trucks.

The new stampede chassis looks ROBUST. Definitely looks good with the addition of dual sheer suspension mounting points and integrated shocks towers

Id say I'm most excited to see what they did with the steering though, looks to be bellcrank.. so we can finally say GOOD RIDDANCE to that crappy old geo that had miles of bumpsteer

Maxx design pretty cool, same transmission across the 2wd lineup. They felt Aarma up their backs and maybe over their head. It’s nice to see the refinement. Definitely like the new liverys.

Hard to be mad considering how long they have kept the platforms going. Besides, parts are still everywhere. Buy a few of the main break items and tuck em away.

+30 year old design for the stampede. The rustler and slash (now LCG) has a few refinements but still “looks” the same. Waiting for deals to pop up on now outdated rigs…

They may still continue to make the retro version as brushed for a couple more years, being that this new truck is advertised as a vxl, and it wasn't that long ago the stampede had another "facelift" with the new liveries and terra groove tires

So i doubt parts will be scarce for a long time to come

Forgive my ignorance, what's the difference between the Stampede and the Rustler.??
Is it just ones a monster truck and the others a stadium truck..

Don't like the new Slash body, it slopes down far too much at the front and in my opinion looks weird, not like a truck.

Other than that all three truck look like good upgrades to the current lineup..
