new to flying!

well, te issue wasn't the ground, or the tree...it was the fireman throwing stuff at it xD my mom is impatiant with things that cost $170 so we spent the day trying to get it down...instead of the wind blowing it down in afew days then someone getting to it before we do! i tied stereo chord around a hammer (all i had for weight/string) but i was about 4 feet short.... SO! my dad is a fireman and we got the ladder truck to come get it.....well since it can't go on grass and the parkinglot was aways away it was about 20 feet short...so we couldnt get the chord untaingled in time (they had to change shifts soon so there wasn't alot of time) we had him start throwing things at it to try to knock it down....and MAN does a hammer and afew wrenches realy pack a punch...it came down, but not after some good damage... oh i forgot to mention...the prop got tangled in branches when my mom told me to try to use throttle to jet it free (i knew i shouldnt have cuz that just got it even more stuck) so......in the end more than likely the plane would have escaped without damage if my mom hadnt told me wat to do! (and extremely impatiant) dont we all hate that? or did anyways lol

(BTW having the fireman come was training...technicaly...they learned that you hve to back the truck in because the ladder wont reach over the cab, how to jack up on a curb, AND well, the guy in the basket improved his aiming skills)....xD

oh AND not to mention i learned something to....getting your arm cought in sterio chord thats being uged on by a hammer at full throw and sliding across your skin realy hurts! it not only cut my skin, but also gave me quite a good burn AND te fact that i did it multiple times makes it look like i want razorblade happy :x
