Nice morning to be flying-- and not working...

Good morning to all-

So, this morning being fine and calm, I took myself and two of my favorite little rc planes up to the local elementary school parking lot to fly. I had my eflite micro Pitts biplane and my mini Me. 262 edf. Two very different planes, to be sure. The "jet" is not so very aerobatic, but it goes like hell and is just fun to fly and it lands hot and straight- fun to me. The biplane is extremely aerobatic, and while it flies differently from the jet, it still lands well and under control. I had a good time.

Also, I had a good time watching the teachers and staff coming in for start of the year meetings and classroom set up today. You see, that was my job for almost 40 years, and I understand the work going on today very well. and I also understand that I am not doing that work now.

I'm flying small airplanes.
