I actually like that concept. Hopefully it means more part availability. The down side: everyone needs those parts

I am really asking tho. Its not uncommon. Just wondering if this is the 'new' direction to expect from TLR more to the point.
I just hope racing gets BETTER!!!

Similar to the LC Racing stuff huh? Build it how you want it. Like the Slash platform has expanded to all kinds of applications, but it's still just a Traxxas

I am a real sucker for sprint cars. My favorite of all motor sports! So, seeing all these damned sprint cars on this forum lately is driving me in circles

There's a pretty solid chance this release gets me back out to the local oval track. I've been quietly waiting for an out of the box sprint car. Didn't really see this coming from Losi!

Even though Losi has been gobbled up by the Horizon conglomerate, I have always loved the Losi stuff. Not so much these days, but this is one I'd like to get one day.

YES! Thats what I meant by more than just a body on a slash.
The wings and body solid mounted with the adjusted suspension... this would suck to try to bash!

I watched the AMain video earlier and they said it was the same geometry as the 22 buggy but that's clearly not the case. Strut towers look more upright in oval/drag style, completely different chassis plate with battery relocated and electronics relocated. Can't remember if servo mount is the same or different. Very cool kit. I am very interested in picking one up but the custom works, gfrp, ghost chassis, etc. are very popular in my area so I don't know if this will open up any racing options for me.
