Basically i just won a brand new Engine off ebay and in the description he says HPI HOT BODIES 18 or 3.3... I'm confused haha. Can someone identify this engine?

That looks like the S-25 that's in my Savy...

Hot Bodies is owned by HPI...

Without much for reference, it does look like a small block engine and it does look like a hot bodies engine. Although, I didn't know HB made a small block... ever.

looks similar but i need the exact engine because i need to know what running in procedure and fuel it needs also needle settings. thanks for all your efforts tho but please someone must know!!

If it's brand new, the needles should be in the ballpark for break in. Read the sticky for breakin procedure. Willing to bet it would run just fine on 20% fuel. Did you contact the seller for info about it?

Hate to say it, but I think you'll need to either contact the seller and ask what it is, or wait until you get it and take some better pics for us.

have contacted seller but he dont know. it should be here tomorrow. ill take some pics and I'm going to strip it down and seal it anyway and ill jot down settings of screws from when i have it so i know a bench mark for factory settings. Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow so i can get pics and take it to my local hobby shop.

£30 inc p&p, just run 6 tanks thru it to run it in.
