Dose this space need to be like this i got this truck used an trying to get it to move

No experience with the truck myself but that looks very much like a shredded spur gear. The broken bit may be a reverse gear elimination, or rather destruction. I'd open the transmission because it looks quite cursed from the outside.

it is a spur an it a 2 speed with 2 gaers an the manual show it there but i have trying replacing ever thing i can thank of an that the only thing i can see out of place

I know its been a minute since you posted, the LST 1 had both a 2 speed automatic transmission, and a HI/LO gear manual via a selector switch. the open hole on the top is the place for the selector to choose between "Hi" and "Low" gears. most people used a delete kit to remove it as low speed was pretty much useless. unsure if your transmission has this deleted or not. you also appear to be missing your 1st gear spur (unless you had removed it for this picture?), and your 2nd gear spur is completely stripped. with the 1st gear missing your are not going to get any movement, unless it was locked into 2nd gear only and in that case the 2nd gear being stripped you are also not going to get any movement.
