Heres a few pictures of my recently finished LST2 Electric Conversion. I'm running an RX8 and a T8 1550kv on 6S. I have one of the discontinued mega baja bodies for it but I havent gotten around to painting it.

BTW, Just an FYI....the Losi conversion kit for thi smodel sucks. If you are ever planning to do the conversion I would get a different conversion kit. The two biggest things about it that suck is that the back half of the kit ends up being a decent amount heavier than the front and the motor mount doesn't slide close enough to the transmission to use anything smaller than a 27T pinion. (Its supposed to use a 25T pinion by default. The electric motor mount hits one of the tranmission mounts and Horizons tech support advice they gave me was to cut off the offending Transmission mount. I told them they were idiots for recommending such a mod and I just used a 29T pinion instead. The lower 1550kv should have enough torque to drive the slightly larger pinion.

Looks good! I had the same issues when I installed the e conversion kit on my aftershock, it took a little trimming of the battery tray to get everything lined up and meshed properly.
