Picked up this Associated LT10SW chassis off eBay. It's very clean. I'll tear down the shocks and rebuild them. It doesn't feel like there's any fluid in them (not that I'd expect there to be). I'll use this servo until I break it. There's even a spur gear! Hardly any wear on the underside.

I'll have to figure out if I go with an SCT body and keep as-is or make some mods. I confirmed the Wheelbase is 277mm.

If/whenever I can make it to my local dirt track, this will be my track car 😎

Nice clean platform. :thumbs-up:

I know you said possibly getting an SCT body for your ride, but that platform used in making the Pro2 LT10SW is a RB10 buggy. A regular 1/10 scale SCT body will be overhanging everywhere if you were to go that route.

Yea, exactly. I'll very likely go with a buggy body or buggy-esque. I haven't seen an SCT body I really like yet, the associated SCT is kinda plain IMO. I know I'll find something for it 😉

Super cool! I've grown to love looking & searching for used RCs. Sliders, rollers, whatever. You find Cash4RC on ebay? The Mitten Shop? I found a used crawler for a hella good deal from cash4rc.
Got this one from Cash4RC ;)
he has some good finds! he's fast shipping and great with responding to questions, so I'm really pleased.

@9x19 I think it could be fun to possibly modify a body like this for it 😜.

Finding bodies for the wheelbase may be tricky, my best bet is probably a buggy body for racing.

The 13" wheelbase is huge. It going to be wider too I think. It might be hard to scale a body this big down to buggy size.

Check the ones towards the bottom of this link. 1 has 10" wheel base. Seems more likely to be modded to fit.

Parma link has smaller vintage bodies that might work too.

That's perfect! Thanks for the links. I hadn't had a moment to browse, stupid work getting in the way 😄

2WD Stampede bodies should fit as well as some 1/10 rally car bodies.

I put a McAllister Racing legends body on a 4WD Slash chassis, but it would be too long for the LT10SW

I love that body, but yes, too long for the SW. That's looks great!

Awesome! I've purchased a V3 Kraton, several bodies, parts, etc, from him. I think he's in Wookie-ville , aka, Orlando 😅
