So I used a cricut to make mirror image vinyls for the custom decals then painted over them next time I can probably get more intricate. Used Pro-line rc paints

Awesome work!

Can you walk us through the vinyl decal process? Any problems with edge bleed or adhesive being visible from the inside? I’m planning to do the exact same thing for my SC10.
Actually really simple most good vinyls won't show any adhesive. And I used the cricut to make the vinyl. but cuz I didn't want it on outside I made them a mirror image and placed them on the inside. If u take ur time and press out all the air bubbles the paint won't bleed but to be cautious I just keep paint layers from laying down to wet. So yeah pretty straight forward

Love it, thank you for confirming that it works if you’re careful.
