Monster GT trans

Will the MGT 8.0 trans fit the 4.60 truck, and is there a difference in the quality in the trans.

I guess nobody knows the answer to this question. Don't matter I just ordered a FOC for it and a new set of steel gears.

I'm going to say their not compatible because the 4.6 and 8.0 use different slippers and spur gears.

Well I figured out after doing some research that the MGT 8.0 transmission does fit the 4.6 truck. You have to run the 8.0 spur gear but it will work.
