Installed the hobbywing motor
Went in like a glove
So easy I could do it lol
Set steering to neutral, set the horn
Took her for a rip on a 3s gensacearespammers I had lying around
Ordering 2 spanking new batteries for it tonight
Rerouted the servo wire
I wasn't able to get the esc wire ran with it
But I got it pretty close and am going to add a dab of rubber cement to keep the esc wire tacked down out of the way if the driveshaft

You will want to tuck that esc wire in with the servo wire, because it should fit. It will probably require you to remove the driveshaft and whatever allows you to remove the driveshaft. I know it’s a bit of work when all you want to do is drive it but, trust me, get it tucked in with that servo wire, or up, over, and away from that driveshaft. Otherwise nice truck and i hope you enjoy it.

I'm the Llama.
In other words you spit 😂

Check the toe and camber too before you really run it much. It looks like it’s toed way out in the pics

You can simply let off the trigger for that “braking” effect!

That thing would be a blast with some street tires on that road. Hope you enjoy it. Great truck man!

Those flat head screws? To possibly save you some headaches later, look into getting a couple good cap head screws to mount that motor with. A M3 cap head screw will normally have a 2.5mm hex socket (more surface area 💪💪) which will greatly reduce the chance of you stripping out the hex socket verses the 2mm hex socket that are common on M3 flat head screws.

I agree! Good catch

stickers DO make em run faster I've heard lol
But chrome won't fly off the car when you break 100mph! 🤔🤣
Seriously, NICE RIDE MAN!!!
I'm honestly not a fan of SCT because of the way a SCT pick up body TOTALLY engulfs my 1/10 scale buggy chassis'
HOWEVER... that bug body doesn't look at all goofy to me. I'm actually wishing I had jumped on this deal now!
I'm so glad you're doing her right and boy does she run sweet! That suspension is so so damn smooth!
The vids look great!
Congrats brother! 👍
