“more righter” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wouldn’t worry to much about “in the closet”, we already know ya like the Ferd’s man! 🤷🏻‍♂️😘😂

I was planning too! I need to get the new raptor body rough cut and see. Also want to get the tires on it, might make it easier for my eyes to picture it anyways 🤣. Good news is tires showed delivered this morning 😁. Bad news, I gotta pick my parents up at the airport tonight and they staying through Monday, won’t be messing with this much over the weekend
Gives ya time to wait for the parts from M2C to show up so you can figure out what else you need to order 🤣

You should be pretty close though. Will be waiting patiently.

Only mustang videos need to be sped up so they look fast…🤷🏻‍♂️🤣🤣🤣

I’m just givin’ Lostinthewoods shiit.. I’m not brand loyal one bit… I like horsepower, and capable vehicles. Whatever it takes to get there is absolutely fine by me. Could be a Stage II 455 Buford in a GSX, or a Redtop SR20DET shoved into a 1969 Datsun 510… If it’s cool, I can dig it. 😎

And you don’t wanna get to close to em, they are attracted to crowds 🤣
I wasn’t gonna pick the low hanging fruit…🤷🏻‍♂️😅

Keep in mind, I’m only a short drive from Myrtle Beach (Mustang Week), where all that shiit started…🤣

Agree. I liked the Ferd trucks till they went away from pushrods.. nowadays they're all overpriced trash. Basically when they started putting data recorder's in automobiles is about where the manufacturers lost me.

Yep-evvvvvverything has its share of pro’s, and cons, and most stuff today is full of the latter imo… I don’t do the brand bickering in hotrodding/racecar building as it’s counterproductive, and ya end up missing out on some of the best stuff that comes with the hobby/lifestyle; meeting, and hanging out with like-minded folks just like you who can’t leave shiit TF alone! Annnnnd, if it weren’t for the Mustang-there’s be no Camaro, or Firebirds… 🤷🏻‍♂️🤩

Hell-I’m a big fan of the LS1, and ALL of its variants, and I’ll be the first to point out, and own the fact that it’s a pushrod, small block Ford, with a Chrysler Hemi skirted block/crank setup, and a Bowtie slapped on it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Although I thought the SOHC “Cammer’s” back in the 60’s were absolute ANIMALS; ford lost me with all of their mod motor stuff from 94, up to now with the Coyote’s.. Just too massive to fit into most vehicles I like, and one timing chain issue will demolish a $40k build real dammit quick.. The Chrysler stuff have their own problems as well, but ALL of them make absolutely ASTOUNDING power as compared to anything offered by the big three in years gone by.

Annnnnnnnnnd sorry about your thread @Lostinthewoods86 😅, I’ll get back to Tekno stuff now. 🍻🤘

Same here, but my first car was a '65 Mustang. My dream car at the time. So it was always be my fav. I had a '67 Chevelle SS with a Muncie 4 speed in it. Fun car! I rode in an all original '69 RT Hemi powered Charger with 13,425 actual miles on the odometer. We took off down the cruise strip here to the tune of that Hemi pushing that monster down Wabash Av at 125 mph. Pistol grip 4-speed slamming through the gears. It was a ride in a real legend of a car. I also rode in a Toyota MR2 with 900 ponies. It had turbo plumbing in it you could feed a soccer ball through. Craziest ride I ever had 😱

I've always loved anything done right, no matter the brand. But I grew up a Ford man, and can tear a 302 or 5.0 apart with my eyes closed. I've hopped up every car I ever owned, but the 5.0 Mustangs were the most fun. I really wish I could have owned a BMW M5. Always loved those cars, but I always heard how bad mechanical issues could be if you had a problem with them.

Yep, brand loyalty is for followers I always say! Unless we're talking Tekno!! LOL
JK, I buy whatever tickles my fancy, some winners, some losers.. how else would we ever learn there's something better? 🍻

Here's my solution to mounting a large, Max 6v2, ESC in my MT410. I bought one of those 10 dollar carbon fiber diff to shock tower plates and used 3M VHB with zip ties as backup. No issues. I had a CC MMX ESC in there initially but after it fried I decided to install the big as motor I needed a bigger ESC to take the abuse those monster sized tires dish out.

Thank you! I saw that cf plate in some other pics but couldn’t find one to purchase. I went with the M2C rear tower brace kit that has a esc plate that mounts on the rear bracket.

Cool. I'm curious to see how that turns out. That m2c stuff is too expensive for me... Says the guy who just installed these... Lol

I couldn't keep the pinion bearing in the stock plastic which is why i decided to upgrade the diff housings. I've also switched to the famed backflip LP tires and the truck is more manageable on the ground but less crazy in the air.
