OK got most of it back.....the dude slapped his kid dead on the face in front of me first for not getting all the stuff and then for talking back to his mother.....what a freak nite....I'm supposed to see todd saturday and if I don't have everything in the report he said we'll work it out then....I was shocked....when a kid has an attitude like this dudes usually the parents are just clueless....I told him I wanted the kid to pay it off w/ his own money and I want him to go to the hobby shop w/ me to get it.......that's fair.....todd says his mother will probably ust give him the money......I'm still waiting for an engine, some screw boxes, 3 5-cell packs and some painting prep stuff........I almost want him to not get my stuff back so I can see the little bastard spend his money for NEW poop and see how much my toys cost......I still wanna beat his ass but I'm glad I got most of my poop back....

problem is it's a public park and there are no real track managers.....there's one guy that took it on himself to run things......I'm just glad the guy was there....I'll have to buy him a 6 pack sometime......I'm just happier today than I have been all week......woohoo.....anyway My crisis is pretty much over thanks for letting me vent w/ U guys.....I needed outlet

Just watch your back for a while. Kids can be really vengeful, especially wanabe thugs. Always keep your car locked when you're not pitting from the trunk. I know it's hard to keep your eye on things while trying not to lose control of your r/c.

When we race, we're always in a group so there's always someone left in the pits watching the stuff. For the times we are all in the same heat or main, everything goes into the trunk of my taurus station wagon or is already in there as the main part of the pit area. Just close the trunk and lock. ready to go.

All my pit stuff is lockable. At my local hobby stop my first time out at atrac, everyone left their stiff unlocked and open. It was the same way the time i went to watch a race. So i guess it depends on the track. I wont chance it though...

I just won't go back to that track for a while.....I was jonesing to go play and that was the first day of extended light...tha track isn't good at all so I won't miss it......MIlls pond I can leave my poop all out an know that everyone there is watching everyone elses stuff......get the rest of it in the morning as well....the parents are all upset because they're kids could've gone to jail over this......oh well....I guess I'm just getting old....I got my stuff and I saw the kid get a smackdown I felt a little better.....I just want to play...now I have 2 chargers 1 for home 1 for pit....oh wait I had to pay for that though...how am I thinkin that was a good thing.....,

Hey revo I got the engine back but they thought it would be fun to try and take it apart.....I'm not comfortable selling it until I go through it.......but I am getting a new mill.....I'm gonna have the shop say it was a 300 dollar engine and then Todd's gonna make the kid pay it off....I don't care if he does at this point...I'm just gonna get some radio gear I been wanting.....and I'm pretty sure this TT pro is still very usable....I mean the just disassembled it and tried to force the conrod back on the shaft.....I imght just need to replace that.......well I should actually make out in this scenario.....Goosfrabaaaaa
