I've recently discovered the NZ singer/writer, you may know her from the Gotye song Somebody that I used to know.

She's an amazing singer and writer IMO. Her debut album Vows is fantastic.

I've been listening to Skrillex quite a bit lately. Used to be huge into the techno scene, but got out of it after a while, and he seems to be revolutionizing the way its done again.
Bangarang is one of my current favorites, but The Devils Den, and Kill Everybody are some good ones to put on when locking up a tweaker. They start freaking out and I just laugh my ass off.
