got an awesome movie you think should be watched?

so i just watched "The Man from Earth" without spoiling it, its about a man who claims to be a cromagnon man who just didnt die...
really was an interesting movie, (they made a sequal tv show I'm watching it now lol)

this got me to wondering what movie you think should be watched.
I'm not talkin John Wick, or fast and furious 23 lol
ideally something that would make you think?
maybe something that poses an idea or different way of thinking?


not to say it COULDN'T be a poplualr mainstream movie, for instance i LOVE equilibrium, total action, but behind it is a messege, thats what I'm looking for

or like "Starship Troopers" serves as a satirical critique of fascism, militarism, and propaganda, cleverly disguising its deeper messages within a seemingly straightforward action film.

A couple weeks ago I watched this mid 2000's movie called Big Fat Liar, and for being a mid 2000's movie, it wasn't that bad! It's got Frankie Muniz in it, and a couple of other cool people. The music was pretty good, the humor(for the most part) was pretty good, and there isn't necessarily a moral in it. If you looked for one though, you would find it! The main villain guy says this one thing that had me and everyone else i was watching it with laughing. I'll put it down below if I can find it!

The Bad Batch. 2016. Just watch it. Just do it. I've watched it probably a dozen times. It's a dystopian sci-fi thriller. Great cast. It's deep. It'll make you think.

I have a fairly large movie collection but I haven't bought that many over the last few years.

One that was a big surprise was Gran Turismo and I plan on picking up the F1 movie when I get a chance.

The Network. You can find it free to download in like movie archives. That's another great film!

I recently set out to watch movies on 'nam, started with Full Metal Jacket. What an amazing film! I had seen bits and pieces throughout my life but never sat down to take it all in. Kubrick is incredible!

Next up will be Platon.
