Sounds like it has a decent ESC and motor, and coming with a transponder is always a bonus. I guess it just needs a servo and receiver? I'd scoop this up if I had $400 to burn

When you get it home, I would most definitely go through whole thing. I don't care how meticulous a person says the thing was taken care of, in the heat of the moment, things get rushed/forgotten/misplaced. Hopefully, you got a setup sheet of what's what. If not, box stock setup and let 'er rip!
