I would shy away from hypergo. They are not great to work on in my experience. Quality of components is not good at all. Everything is monkey metal and chinesium.
I have one of the LCracing cars- it’s been really good and was a fun kit to build.
WarrenRC or riptide RC has good prices on LCracing.
I highly recommend you search for available parts. I've mentioned before in other threads,
a broke RC without available parts is nothing more than a paper weight.
I (and many of us) have that much and more money in a single motor than the car itself. I don’t have one but there is support after it breaks from amain. I’m sure you would have fun with it, but I wouldn’t necessarily trash on it.
