Today was a jam packed family day!
I changed over the tires on my wifes SUV and my mother in-laws Subaru.
Then after lunch we got out the kids electric dirt bike for a maiden rip

And then last but not least we went to a kids playdate event at an indoor play center put on by my wife's non for profit organization.

He's in bed early and we aren't far behind lol

Sounds like a great day.
I mowed the lawn.

Moved my mom into assisted living today. Had to tell her this is home now.
Next stop?
"Whatcha' drinking" thread...

Sorry, that's a tough one, we had to do that with Mrs. Doom's Dad. I know how your feeling. I imagine it's even tougher when it's Mom.

Brought cat ti vet today for exam, shots, meds, xraycer could have got me a discount on our cat inspection.
She is 14ish years old and 'special'.
It wasn't very expensive BUT, the cat DOES have some issues. Earlier in life she likely was injured. Those injuries were not addressed, possibly not noticed at first. Now tho, significant limp in rear hips.
We put her on steroids.
Vet also offered that we could get CAT ( 🤣 ) scans to the tune of $2-6k+. Then give those to a cat neurologist and maybe we could do something towards a surgical solution.
While I appreciate her enthusiasm, we do not have $15k to fix our aging cat. I think its unlikely she would survive a surgery.
She is healthy and not in any pain right now.

I was very disappointed in how quickly and incorrectly she dismissed CBD as a 'clouds your head, not real relief' medicine
I'm sure she read books, can site nonsense...

I have had personal experience with neurological issues and CBD for over a decade.

She is WRONG! CBD does NOT cloud your brain and IS an effective anti-inflamitory. Non addictive, not currently availible from Phizzer. Vet doesn't carry CBD at her pharmacy yet. YET!

Cat and dog will both be starting CBD.
Cat's shots, flea and tick up to date, nails cut, ears cleaned.:thumbs-up:😁

Think that post was long? The visit took 2 hours! 🤯🤣

I just had to make a payment on my old Case tractor. Accessory drive clutch bearings had to be replaced and they're only 48 years old fer crissakes!
Cost 7.50 for the 3 bearings and 8.15 to send 'em!
Total of about 2 hours including tearing it down a week ago.

We used to have an old Case. We called it Justin. 😁

This is exactly why I love old, well built to last equipment! I'd say you got your money's worth out of that last set tho!!! 🤯 😍😎
