I'm just hanging out with my Dad while he's playing far cry 6 i also got paid yesterday so i'm contemplating what i should buy this month. Next week we'll be getting my other rc vehicles out of the pod storage unit since our move is delayed for 3 months.

I tried to go to my local Super-Walmart today, but a cop blocked the only entrance into the store's parking lot. I have no idea what was up, but I said, screw it!, and went home.
On the way home, I was pondering why such a huge store only has a single entry/exit. I'm certain quite a bit of sales revenue was loss, today. Especially, when there are a bunch of other stores, like Target and Home Depot, just down the road.
 
We had a family gathering today, since my youngest son will be hanging out with the family of his oldest son's girlfriend tomorrow.

All the kids and grandkids made it today, and we had a great time, lots of food... chili-cheese, and brisket queso dips. Burgers and dogs on oldest son's charcoal grill, home-made potato salad and baked beans. Apple cobbler, cinnamon bundt cake, chocolate chip cookies, and some Rolo/pretzel/pecan bites to round it out.

Yeah, I'm stuffed
 
Got caught in a downpour about 15 minutes from home with the top and doors off the jeep. At least it was hot.....90°s and crazy humid. But it came down hard and fast lol

That is true.

I don't want to sound like we didn't have fun. The bouncy castles, slides and the Lego setup were definitely the highlights for him.

I just feel so burned paying $35 + tax for a 2-5 dollar toy LOL
