Stumbled on a video of a 3D RC plane that sent me down the YouTube rabbit 🕳️ i knew this plane existed but didn’t know how awesome it was
E-Flite Eratix 3D Flat Foamy
Might have to make it mine….
Anyone flying 3D planes around here or what?
We have the 2 different E-Flite Ultrix models and love the UMX version for the crazy slow & high speed stunt capabilities.
This is right in my wheelhouse

I've never been a fan of 3d flying. I'm attracted to a clean, beautiful, slow flying, big planes. However a the moment, my micros is all that is flyable.
Also I think the 3d heli's are ridiculous.

seen a pair of guys flying them at my nearby rc airfield.. awesome birds but Iam not going to try them..

I do get a certain amount of satisfaction from scale flying, but I also get big smiles and a lot of oh wow moments playing around doing loops and rolls.
This plane was a little too tempting, and it happened to be in stock at the LHS today.

Good thing my wife has a good sense of humor….
