Anyone see the new HPI Bullet trucks yet?

That thing looks sick!

They look cool but the stadium truck version looks kinda Tycoish with the body on it and the low pro tractor tread tires IMO...

yeah, to me, the nitro versions don't look to be anything more than an 8 shock MT2. Hopefully they used tougher diff gears... especially for the brushless one.

Is that the 1/8 flux or the 1/10 on that thing? From the pic, it looks like the 1/10 flux like they put in the BL Fire Storm.

Would make sense since it's a 1/10 vehicle that it runs a 1/10 brushless system on it. Considering the weight it doesn't have due to lack of transmission, it should still be fairly light. No point in having more power than you can even come close to using.

For what will come out of the box, yes, I guess you are correct. But I wonder if they will have a mount to put a bigger can in there? There are always the nuts out there that say "there's no such thing as too much power".
Talking to some guys at Hobbytown today about the 4x4 Slash and they stated there is a mount already out to put a MM in it. Wouldn't surprise me if the same thing could be done with this rig here. 1/10 BLs in 1/16 has been made standard for 2 well known traxxas products, who knows about this HPI 1/10 product.
