Patchy frost warnings here tonight. Rain just stopped. It was 39° at 9:00, 45° at noon.

Still damp and mostly overcast.

Vacationing in Maine in weekends has been TERRIBLE so far this year!

Wind knocked out power for about 15 hours.

I got startled by multiple tornado warnings coming through my phone. So far there were like 15:different storm cells containing rotation.And a number of touchdowns, and new warnings are popping up every minute.

We have tornados everywhere. This has been going on for 4+ hours. The storm chasers have been saying another tornado, another tornado, another tornado, every 10-20: seconds for the last hour. And it's still going. I have never seen anything close to this number of tornados from one system.

Just in the last few hours, illinois had 170 tornados. We have had maybe 30 in Indiana. The storm chasers can't even finish telling about a touch down before another touch down is announced.

There have been wave after wave of storms putting multiple tornados on the ground.one storm chaser stopped and had 4 on the ground around him simply but rotating around. And there were about 5 others forming. They started up north by me and each wave was following a bit more southernly pass.

Currently there is a multi-vortex tornado heading right for the big Toyota plant.
