Brownlee was but it's dropping drastically. The open the gates for spring run off and feed water to the farm lands north of us.
Sometimes it's tough to recover.
I haven't check on Owyhee reservoir yet. That's the two big reservoirs I'm concerned about but I haven't seen Owyhee full in 30 years.

Sounds uncomfortable, hopefully that cyclone will stay up north.
It's only predicted to be a cat 2 and follow the coast for a bit. We'll see.

No I magically woke up in a fancy hotel room in Seattle. I'll get up and going and I'll visit @Lukedavis at PDX underground later today hopefullyDid you just up and moved to Seatttle and not tell us?
